Learn to Love Exercise

When you are overweight and want to start losing weight, first thing you have in mind is to diet, and exercise. But getting to started with this is a little harder than you think. When you first start the diet, after a while you start craving for food, and if you can deal with it, you start gain weight again. When you start in exercising, when you feel some of your body parts aching, eventually you will lose all your drive to lose weight.
